Meagan Ryan, graduate student in the Der and Cox Labs and CCBTP trainee, has been selected to receive a Women in Cancer Research (WICR) Scholar Award. These awards are given annually to WICR members who are scientists-in-training and presenters of meritorious scientific papers at the AACR Annual Meeting. Meagan will present her poster on “Inhibition of p38 enhances ERK inhibitor efficacy in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma” at the 2016 AACR Annual Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana, April 16-20.
She will be presenting as a part of the Experimental and Molecular Therapeutics group during the session titled Combination Therapies and Approaches to Sensitizing Cancer Cells to Drugs.
