The Der lab participated in The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network‘s Raleigh Purple Stride 5K, held at NC State Centennial Campus on May 17, 2014.
With 17 members, the Der lab team raised $12,045 and ranked second in fundraising.
Kirsten Bryant led the fundraising for our team with $10,660 and ranked #2 for individual fundraisers. She was also #2 overall for women finishers in the race and place first in her age category. Channing was second in his age category in the 5K.
