Congratulations to the Der/Cox/Bryant Lab Supergroup for particpating in this year’s PanCAN PurpleStride!
Although the 5K race was virtual, the impact was real; the Running RAScals raised a total of $10,211 (second place overall). Dr. Kirsten Bryant as the second-highest individual fundraiser, with a total of $6,606.
This was the Running RAScals’ seventh year participating as a team in the Raleigh-Durham PurpleStride and of total fundraising to date is approximately $80,000!
They had 37 team members this year and we hope that 2021 has an even larger turnout.
